Rich Latronica and Laurie Winston are on the show to tell us how they started Spoke with a foldout table and an Aeropress and turned it into an incredible café in an amazing location (and did we mention there's a bike shop?!).

Myles insists we're having a "coffee club smackdown". Jason thinks we're just comparing coffees. You be the judge!

We chat with MATT SCHODORF (co-owner with his wife, Anya). Matt not only roasts all the beans they serve, but he is directly involved in sourcing a lot of the coffee he roasts.
